I've had a SpillNot for a couple years now. The best use is at coffee shops — you can't always predict how full they're going to fill a cup, and this takes that risk away. I've also found use for it at the office, on days I want to use a real mug instead of a tumbler at co-work spaces like WeWork or Kiln.
It's also just a crowd-pleaser — with coworkers, with family, especially with kids. Kids will go crazy for it, especially if you fill a cup with water and swing it all the way around so it goes upside down for a second. Genuinely cool, simple but effective piece of technology — a neat little exhibition of physics.
